Freedom Sessions is not a counseling session, but is a time for you to enter more deeply into a healing, transformational relationship with God. Aided in this journey by the assistance of a trained Freedom Sessions Coach, this ministry time releases you to step into and fulfill the amazing destiny God has planned for you.

Coaching asks the question, “How can we improve the quality of your life and help you meet your goals?” These goals may be spiritual, physical, emotional, relational or vocational…all related to wellness and wholeness.
Our Life Coaches are dedicated to guiding individuals and motivating them to conquer obstacles in their lives. We help you learn how to build relationships effectively and assist you through the process of facilitating healing choices. Life coaching differs from counseling in that it is entirely client directed and is conducted on countless different topics that are established by the client. It is a helpful method for improving and accomplishing beneficial change in your life. Our coaches provide the accountability and encouragement to increase your personal motivation and help you find your true identity and live life more abundantly.

Raindrop Technique uses a sequence of essential oils that are immune enhancing and support the body's natural defenses. Essential oils, which are high in antioxidants, are also mood elevating and antiseptic. They are also known to boost stamina and energy, help you relax, help manage stress and promote overall health, vitality, and longevity. The technique is designed to enhance the circulatory, respiratory, endocrine, digestive, nervous, and other body systems. It establishes an unfavorable environment for harmful viruses and bacteria that can hibernate in the body.
The oils are dispensed in drops from a height of about six inches above the back, which is where Raindrop Technique gets its name. They are then massaged along the spine and back muscles and applied to the feet. The process takes about an hour and can work in the body for up to ten days following the Raindrop Session. Some clients experience realignment and bodily adjustment during this time.

It is a place of shelter, framed in an atmosphere of love and acceptance, where you can examine the beliefs and habits that need to be changed in your life in order to “prosper in all things and be in good health” (3 John 1:2), and receive the practical tools to change them. Some of these tools include personalized nutrition and exercise plans, nutrition and cooking classes, and even “pantry makeovers.”
All of our coaching tools are based upon the scientific principle of bio-individuality and rooted in God’s biblical design for health.
